As a nutritionist, I believe in a holistic approach to nutrition where I include aspects of Ayurveda and Naturopathy in my practice. I believe in the approach of balanced nutrition and help people feel the best, look the best and become the best versions of themselves.
My customized nutrition/diet plans are designed to meet the unique needs of individuals. I have expertise not only in designing weight-loss plans, but also in providing counselling for kids’ nutrition as well as for teenagers and adults.
With my customized nutrition plans, you can not only LIVE your life to the fullest but THRIVE as well!
The Process
Nutrition counselling with me a going to be a two-way process where both of us will work towards common, mutually decided upon goals. The goals I set with my clients are SMART – Specific (simple, sensible, significant); Measurable (meaningful, motivating); Achievable (agreed, attainable); Relevant (reasonable, realistic and resourced, results-based; and Time bound (time-based, time limited, time-sensitive).
My nutrition counselling process aims not only to design customized meal plans but also to help clients understand important information about their health and focuses on practical actions to address nutrition needs, as well as the benefits of behaviour change.
