The aromatic blend of Indian spices which makes Indian chai healthier and more flavourful is known as the chai masala. It has tremendous nutritional benefits and just a sip makes us feel super energetic.
All the spices (cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, ginger and clove) are loaded with antioxidants with helps us build immunity. Its anti-inflammatory properties helps with many diseases which act as a painkiller in headaches, nausea and body pain. Recipe for the Chai Masala Powder
100 gm cardamom
100 gm cinnamon
50 gm clove
50 gm black paper
100 gm dry ginger powder
Mix all the ingredients in the grinder and grind them to make a powder.
Add 1/4 tsp in one cup of tea.
