These seeds are probably the first oil seed known to mankind as these are the oldest seeds in the world. They are power packed seeds providing a plethora of benefits.
Sesame seeds are highly rich in essential nutrients and contain several nutrients that have stress relieving properties. So, add this Til (sesame seed) in your regular diet. Sprinkle them on sorts of dishes – from salads to curries & veggies to parathas & cakes; mix it with jaggery and eat as til-papdi or til-laddoo; grind it up for tahini; or even better use the cold compressed til/ gingelly oil and avail the super benefits.
